When I was a kid, I had a friend who's grandmother used to make these.
I remember them being pink, yellow, sometimes blue, and looked exactly like a cracker.
They were delicious!!
Does anyone know what these are called or have a recipe link?

My friends and I are having a "fusion cuisine" potluck, so I need your best fusion recipes! I need it all: appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts and drinks!

PS: we're doing an Asian theme, so some recipes along ASIAN lines would be greatly appreciated.
