Besides the obvious of wetting the nori, maybe your rice isn't sticky enough. Try rinsing the rice four times before you cook it. That is to put the rice in the pot and then add enough water to cover. Then use your hand and move the rice around to make sure it all gets wet. Drain the water and repeat that three more times. And cook per the directions. Then add your sushi vinegar and your rice should be very sticky and will help hold your rolls together. Be careful to not overcook the rice.

After rolling the sushi 98% of the way using a bamboo mat, moisten the free edge of the nori then finish rolling it. Hold the seam tight for a few minutes before releasing the sushi roll from the mat.

try... wetting the nori roll
........using more water in steaming the rice (any rice 'll do, contrary to what they say)
.......using less filling

personally, i reckon sushi's pretty hard to do! just looking at the ingredients makes me crazy! even though im japanese myself, those weird words like- ibuganzo...?gets me crazy!

You may have to put a few drops of water on it, then I'm sure It'll stick. I've made Sushi before.
