I need to know some chinese dishes other than sushi, sweet and sour pork or chicken, egg roll, and rice. Does anyone know any?

one of my favorite chinese dishes is wonton soup. im not exactly sure how to make it, but it is delicious! im sure theres a recipie on the internet somewhere. serve this soup with those little crispy bread noodles or whatever they are and mmmmm your'e good to go. another great chinese dish is sesame chicken. your'e gonna have to look on the web to find that one too. ;) oh, and by the way-sushi is japanese

I am Chinese and since it is spring i will give you a spring recipie
Beef with Asparagus
Ingredients
2 lbs Flank Steak sliced thin across the grain
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine or dry sherry
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Seed oil
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 Sweet or Yellow Onion cut into chuncks
1/4 Oyster Sauce ( available in most Chinese sections at market)
2 slices of Ginger root about the size of a quater
1 bunch asparagus cut into about 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup cooking oil
marinade
Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, sesame seed oil and one clove of minced garlic and marinade beef for about 1-2 hrs
( this is a basic Chinese marinade and is good for most any meat)
Cooking
parboil the asparagus until tender but still crisp rise with cold water and set aside
preheat your pan or wok until very hot add cooking oil second clove of minced garlic ginger slices allow oil to reheat a few seconds then add beef and stir fry 3-4 minutes then ad onlon and continue to strir fry until onions are tender.
Add asparagus a continue to stir fry a minute ot 2 until hot.
add remaining marinade oyster sauce and corn starch mixture and cook until sauce thickens

serve over white steamed rice

Chinese Coleslaw

1 (1 lb) package coleslaw mix
1 package ramen noodles (Oriental Flavor)
1 package slivered almonds
1 bunch sliced green onions
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil

Mix flavor packet from the Ramen Noodles with sugar, vinegar and oil.
Pour over cole claw and onions.
Crush Ramen Noodles and mix with almonds in a non-stick skillet.
Heat until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.
Combine ingredients immediately before serving.
