I don't eat chinese or Japanese food.
Indian food gives me the sh*ts.
italian food is very good, but expensive, and fattening (pasta)
Mexican food is my favorite. I really like it extra spicy.

My favorite type of food is Indian because of the spices, flavorings and beauty of the food. Also, the food is served with so many complimentary condiments. After Indian food, my next favorite is Korean.

A little side note. When I was in college I had a job as a food taster. We tasted and rated steaks. It paid ten dollars an hour and they also served crackers and apple juice. It was the best job for a broke and hungry college student.

I love them ALL

Any ethnic food is fine with me..If I had to choose, I'd say a tie bewteen Italian and Chinese..

I love the heart Italian food with the sauce and layers that tend to come along with it--and of course I love the spiciness of Chinese food when its cooked right. If I were stranded on a desrt Island, I'd be happy to eat General Toa's Chicken and egg rolls everyday. But I'd gain about 40 pounds though

I like asian cuisine is best because it really does bring out the flavor with a little kick of the spice in the dish.......chinese is good to me but i really do perfer vietnamese food. One is i am vietnamese but on the other hand vietnamese food has more flavors and it is less fat because it contains less oil in vietnamese cooking style! You should try vietnamese food.......Japanese food is quite good but some are not as good!!

Definately Indian. Im not a vegeterian or anything and personally I used to hate vegetables that was until I disconered Indian food. The cooks experiment with various kinds of flavours and foods and the end redult is usually so good even if there are no meat products in the dishes. Try it u'll see what I mean

well you should try french cuisine, tis a must, but not from one of those tourist restaurants but froma local spot.
i love japanese cause i am a sushi addict, and i love italian pasta it's very simple and yet full of flavour. chinese comes a close third. it depends from where i get it, like san franciso china town, yummy...take out in dublin ireland..not so much...venezuela..even less, i don't like it when they cater their food to suit the country. turkish and lebanese food is really good aswell, but again you need the real stuff not the fake kebabs and what not they sell to appeal to the customer, those are fake and very greasy. you should also try morroccan and if u really want something hot then libyan cous cous is good for that. oh andif ur a seafood lover, spanish..very nice.

It all sounds so good - if I am going to cook at home chances are it is going to have Mediterranean flavors - simple clean and easy to obtain ingredients just about anywhere - in the US anyway. But I have recently begun to love and try cooking Thai food - again its all about the fresh crisp tastes.

American take out versions of just about all these ethnic cuisines is heavy, greasy, and often either fried or laden with cheese

I like Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Italian equally. I'm not a big fan of Japanese - too much emphasis on seafood there.

I love all kinds of foods. From french to chineese. Good food is like good music, only you can appreciate some of it. Every culture has a food that is to die for. Not all dishes are to my taste. I never pass up a chance to try new foods. It also depends upon how the cook cooks them. To not want to try a new dish because of the ethnic group is a chance to miss Ambrosia at times...
