My husband is CONSTANTLY ruining our non-stick cookware. He can not get it through his head that he can not use metal utensils with non-stick cookware. It is driving me INSANE!!!

If I get stainless steel will he be able to destroy them?
Also, what are the downfalls of stainless vs. non-stick?

Interested in copper but don't want all copper due to maintenance issues. Also, prefer stainless steel over aluminum due to health concerns regarding the aluminum. Cookware needs to go from stove top to oven.

-Bacon (just for the initial pork fat grease)
-Ground Chuck
-Ground Pork Sausage
-Italian Sausage links (cut into bite sized pieces)
-Sirloin Steak (cut into cubes)
-Onions (white, and red)
-Red Beans
-Pinto Beans
-Chopped Tomatoes
-Tomatoe paste
-Franks Red Hot

Thats just the main ingrediants, seasoning consists of salt and pepper, cayanne pepper, white pepper, italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped garlic, Carrol Shelby chili mix packet, Worcestershire Sauce, Balsamic Vineager, and beer (still haven't found a specific beer for this recipe).

I have been making this recipe for 4 years, and no one has ever complained (except my wife) about it. When I make it I usually am making close to 16 quarts, never make it unless its for a big group. But, tell me what you think about it.

As for beer, I have tried Bud Light, Labatt Blue, Heiniken Dark, and Vermouth (to sweet).

Anyone have any suggestions as to a good beer to use when making chili. I want one tat doesn't have an over powering flavor, but you know its there. I have tried darks, lights, ales pilsners, and even tried vermouth (to sweet). So, please give me a suggestion.

I went to Disney World over the summer! It was so much fun!

Anyways- there was a man with 3 young children, who was completely drunk. He was stumbling around the park, slurring his words. He even went to one of the resturants to order more beer, and hit on a woman from the staff.(they only serve alcohol in Epcot.)

How wrong was that? It was 10:00am on a Sunday, and he had his kids with him!! What's wrong with people these days?

Okay, I need help. Tried to make a cake in 8 inch round pan. I sprayed with Pam and then floured it. But it still did not come out in one piece. Most stayed stuck to the pan. I want to start all over tomorrow, don't know what to do to make sure it does not STICK!!
