lol Caps...
Anyway, I just have 2 big dinners over the festive season.
One's Christmas night and the other one's New Year (which is more of a "getting drunk with the family" kind of thing)

I will have 2 this year. The first on Christmas Eve with the in laws and the second at my home on Christmas day. Turkey is not on the menu. We will have a seafood dinner on Christmas Eve and Prime Rib roast on Christmas Day. We rarely serve turkey anymore - we still enjoy roasted chickens and Cornish game hens, the small one pounders. (although lately I think the game hens must be on steroids as they are mostly 1-1/2 - 2 lbs and we find that too large for one serving as we like to serve them whole).

3 total

1) Tamales for Christmas eve.

2) The traditional American fair for Christmas Day.

3) Mexican food (usually carne asada tacos) and a tequila toast at mid night for new years.

Usually 3. One company party, my hubby and I have a special dinner ourselves, and sometimes we also go to my family's side. It's hit or miss with them.
