I am making my own rendition of The Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Cups. I am taking the cream out of the oreos and filling it with peanut butter. Then I plant to dip it in melted chocolate. Any suggestions?

When I use coconut flour It thickens somewhat, but when I add sugar free syrup it really thickens. I don t know what is happening with adding the syrup, but it turns like thick cookie dough after that.

Use natural PNB, let it settle, and pour off the oil. That will give you a thick PNB like what's in Reese's cups.
