I suggest an Indian recipe called Radish Parathas. You will love it.
Ingredients:
Radishes
Wheat flour(Atta)
Salt and water.
Method:
Grate the radish coarsely and sprinkle some salt onto it.Leave it aside for around 20 min.the water in the radish comes out.Squeeze out the water from the radish.
Now add the atta to the radish and knead to form a dough.Do not add water. The radish itself contains enough water.
Leave the dough aside for sometime and make parathas.
How to make parathas with this dough:
Take a handful of the dough and form a ball about the size of a lemon.roll it out into a circle of about 6 to 7 inches diameter.Heat a pan and make the parathas with oil or ghee..
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and curd(yoghurt)

Sorry, but I'm going to give you another raw radish recipe, because it's so delicious and uses a lot of radishes. Slice I english cucumber, and perhaps 10 radishes (there should be a ratio of about 2x more cucumber than radish.) Add 3sliced green onion, some crumbled feta cheese, and enough sour cream to moisten. The bitterness to the radish goes very nicely with the cheese.

Radishes are radishes. I'm not sure that you will be able to hide the flavor.
Maybe try putting just a couple of thinly sliced radishes into your favorite cold pasta salad. The other flavors might mask the radish a little bit.
Have you ever tried just radishes with a good veggie/spinach dip. You might be surprised.
Good luck.

A very simple recipe that I know (and people love) is to slice a baguette, spread a thin layer of butter, place on top thinly sliced radishes, with a sprinkling of salt on top and enjoy. The salt brings out the flavor and the creaminess of the butter balances the radish.

wash, cut slits all around the radishes, drop in SALTED ice water. The salt cuts the heat of the radish. Oh now I'm craving radishes.

They really aren't the kind of food you can disguise the flavor. Try salting them, or just using a very small amount with other ingredients-they have the virtue of staying good for a long time.
