i am a vegetarian and i'm ver yinto cookign my own meals, and when i do go out to eat i usually choose a resturaunt where i know i have vegetarian options. i'm going into the city on a double date with my boyfriends co-worker and his girlfriend to see the tree and do dinner. if a resturaunt we go to doesnt have a vegetarian menu, would they jsut make me up a plate of vegtables with rice or soemthing or is that being a difficult customer?

Lately, I've been getting the munchies late at night...
I've had to resort to eating my dinner earlier (around 5pm) so that may be the reason why I get hungry before I sleep.

Besides eating dinner later, what else can I eat to cure my munchies besides the "bad stuff"?

They are seasoned with pepercorns...asparagus..pepers(red,yellow)..squash...and those long sweet green beans(bean pods?..IDK) ANYWAY...should I eat them with just plain noodles with a bit of oil...should I them with noodles and fettachini(sp) sauce....or what. What is the best way to eat them. I'm making a meal here...I'm not going to eat them alone. How would you eat them? IDEAS for me anyone? If you have a better idea of how to eat them by all means tell me. All ideas welcome. Please hurry it's just about dinner time. lol.

I have come across spelt bread, and spelt based breakfast cereals at my local supermarket. I now prefer spelt instead of normal wheat products. Do you prefer spelt to normal wheat, and have you noticed a difference in health?

It's been going on since he was a baby, he's always hated meat. Then we found out he was allergic to nuts, AND legumes (peas, beans etc).
I want to get some protein into this boy but I don't want his diet to consist of bologna and MacDonalds cheeseburgers (the only meat he'll eat. Hot dogs he hates too). Does anyone know of a protein source, natural food (no adult protein bars), that could supply the missing nutrients found in meat? (Without nuts)

and crackers and tortillas. But I would really like to find something in which I could wrap up my sprouts and chicken and cucumbers. Is there anything like this? Maybe made out of seaweed? (Please don't tell me I can have carbohydrates if I only eat a little - believe me, I know what will send my blood sugar sailing.)

My names Vincent and half my mates call me Vinnie and half Vince. But i just want to keep one and get everybody calling me that.. but i dont know which one. I know this seems like a daft question but its been bugging me for a while now. Oh, and btw my surnames Tunney (pronounced 'tu-nee') if that helps because i think Vince goes better with that than Vinnie but.....

So i was thinking of making one but does the rice and other cooked items stay warm? Or would I be eating a cold lunch. I've seen that they sometimes wrap the box in cloth and i was wondering if that helped it stay warm or something.

Are there any recipes that don't use confectioner's sugar? I just made cutout Christmas cookies, but when I looked in the pantry, there was no confectioner's sugar! What should I do? Does anyone have any recipes that don't need confectioner's sugar? Thanks in advance! :) ♥
