I've been drinking soy milk for about six months, just making sure it's healthy.

No, soy has no calcium value what-so-ever. When you get old you will definitely develop osteoporosis. You will turn into a little frail old man and no one will want to help you cross the street cuz you were to chicken crap to drink real milk.

Soy milk is for women. Any man who drinks it is definitely not a man.

Soy milk contains more protein per cup than milk does. It also adds extra estrogen to your system. It adds even more if it's made from whole soybeans. If you're female and going through menopause having the added estrogen in your system will help temper your hot flashes.

But everyone eats a lot more soy than they typically think. It's added to practically everything these days to up the protein count. From protein bars to flour to canned soup.

Personally, I can't eat all these things with added soy. Consuming it actually gives me horrific migraines. And I actually get welts on my skin when it's added to makeup or lotion.

So I stick with regular milk to get my calcium.

Soy milk is better for you unless you are a baby cow.

Yes, but I wouldn't drink it. Cow's milk tastes better in coffee.

Yes. Why would you want to drink something that came out of a cow's teats? Yuck.
