I use to be really good at cooking, make gourmet meals every night of the week except for 1 day of the week we go out for dinner.
My husband embarrased me infront of his american friends that I cook the fish with the head on. Now I can't get motived to cook. I just can't think any more of what to cook.
Any advice on how to put it behind me and get back to normal.

I personally LOVE cheesecake, but through out the years, i get some and it's way sweeter then what it use to be and really doesn't have that cheese cake flavor like back in the days. Does anyone agree??? or does anyone have a GOOD cheesecake recipe that taste like it should and not a lot of sugar????

I'm making a pot roast for dinner, but the roast was too large for my crock pot. I had to cut about a pound of meat off. What other way can I cook the extra meat to make a totally different meal? Does anyone know a non-traditional pot roast recipe I could make with only one pound of roast? (SERIOUS ANSWERS, ONLY.)

I was told that it's a slight discolouring because of contact with oxygen - but because they were kept in a fridge and are within the best before date it's ok to eat. Any further data?

I usually entertain guests each Thanksgiving, and I always start planning for it around this time. This year, though, I seem to have run into a problem. I usually make all the traditional fixings...And after 5 years I think it may be getting dull. I have no idea what to make next...Anyone know of a non-traditional dish(or dishes) that should fit in well with the Thanksgiving theme? Something appealing to the eye and taste. Something maybe a bit exotic... Thanks!
