drinking any amount of alcohol, even once, with ibruprofen can cause liver damage. It's not smart. Don't do it. Its quite a different thing than having a glass of wine at 14. You could really hurt yourself by mixing those two things.
personally, I give my kids a sip of what I'm drinking, and by the time they are your age, if I'm drinking wine with my dinner, I will probably let them have a very small glass. I guess I lived in Europe long enough that I don't see anything wrong with that in and of itself. However, if you are sneaking around to drink, and doing it at 14, that's a huge red flag for me. If you are sneaking it, it can quickly become a problem on several different levels. Please if you are doing that, stop before that happens.

You may experience a headache or sickness - a hangover.
Since it was your first time and you didn't drink that much, so I wouldn't worry too much, as long as next time you think before you drink. Do you really need alcohol to be fun and have fun?

You know better than to drink at 14. It's the most stupid thing you could ever do. Wait until you're 21 and can make an ADULT decision on an ADULT activity.

Addiction.
That's the biggest effect of first time drinking, smoking, injecting, sniffing, whatever.
