Baked potatoes are great, especially with sour cream, chives, melted cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. And if you scrub the outside really well before you bake it, you can pretty much eat the skin, too. Oh, chili and onions is another great topper.
But so many people said they add salt!

I do with olive oil and a bit of salt and maybe a spoon of plain yogurt and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Holli, i am a Brazilian baker "crazy" for potato's.Any way.
Potato's Breads are very very tasteful, when it is baking the smell exhales and it is magical!!!
