I recieved two 1 1/2 lb beef flank steaks by accident with my safeway order. Ive never cooked it before (im new to cooking meals) i dont know what to do with it.
What would you make?

My BF and I bought a box of ravioli (meat filled) the other day and I promised I'd cook them for him this weekend. However, of course he has no idea how to prepare ravioli and I already told him some of the ideas I have:

Mushroom creamy sauce
Green pepper creamy sauce

Of course with cheese on top.

He thought about putting some Ragu tomato sauce on them instead, or no sauce at all (which I don't think is a good idea), and then he thought about a 3-cheese sauce and some parsil sprinkled on top, and then the cheese.

We're struggling to make a decision and he thought it'd be a good idea to come here and ask... does anyone have a good idea about how to prepare my ravioli?? A good and EASY sauce that you have tried? Or no sauce and maybe other ingredientes involved?? Thanks in advance for your advice.

My husband has to bring lunch for 14 (they take turns each month). Any suggestions for something simple that would be vegetarian-friendly? They have no facilities for cooking anything, a small microwave, though. Also he commutes by train so he can't haul in a crock pot or anything like that. Thanks!
