Toss it. I'm assuming it has meat in it. My daughter-in-law cooked some spaghetti and did the same thing you did - forgot and left it out overnight. She reheated it and ate it - and got sick from it. So, I'd say, even though there's a long of it - toss it anyway. And keep that as a lesson for next time. If I have something out after dinner, waiting for it to cool, I hang something from a door I have to open before going to bed - like a big yellow ribbon - which reminds me to tend to it before bed.

Depends on the pan you left it in. If it was an aluminum pan, you have to toss it because toxins got in the chili from the aluminum. If it was a stainless or coated pan, you should be fine, just reheat only what you will consume and keep it in the frig from here on out. If you heat some up and have leftovers, feed to the pet or toss. You should use it up within about 3 days as well for food safety.

It's still good. Just warm it up and stir it. Chili is good at any age.

If your nightime temperature was around 70 or lower, chili should be okay.

If it still smells good and there is no mold on it then it is fine.
