i've seen some blenders with good reviews that only have 2 speeds. Shouldn't they have more than 2? I can definitely see how you'd only need 2 i suppose.

When i was a kid, you would need a hand held can opener and you would use it to punch a hole in the pop can.

I read that they can kill animals(birds ,rabbits ) How can they be good for us to eat. I thought it was only good to eat food if birds and animals eat them (when eating wild food).

I cook it on a frying pan, cut up, sometimes it comes out tender sometimes it doesn't. whats the deal? When i wait for it to get brown it's to chewy and not juicy, if i take it off the pan before it browns then it looks like its uncooked, but tastes good. so how long do i have to fry each side for? any tips?

I just don't get it. You seem like a huge batch of hippies. Animals that are going to be slaughtered have no bill of rights. Your refusal to eat them is sending no message. Oh, and humans have been eating meat since the beginnign of time. Why is it okay to kill a plant? They must have feelings to. And how come you can wear your leather shoes? If I was a cow I would rather be eaten and digested, instead of walking around on someone's smelly feet for a year. explain that?

i have decided to become a vegetarian and am looking at vegan diet. I understand why you wouldnt eat eggs becasue of the cruelty towards the hens laying them for us. but what about if you rescued a chicken that was de-beaked and had its feet chipped. you could look after it so that it wouldnt be harmed and it would naturally lay eggs for you that you could eat. and even though the eggs are meant to be for reproducing. you could get a rooster and create new chicks but for the time that the hen is not interested in reproducing it would still lay eggs naturally and you could eat those eggs? you would be looking after the animals and getting a benefit of being able to eat their un needed eggs!

if your reason for not eating meat is because you think it is cruel...

then why don't you look in you closet, I want you to throw away anything that is made from an animal excluding wool.

Throw out those leather purses, handbags and shoes.

because they all come from animals...

grow up hippies

Why don't you do this?

ps...we as a species are physiologically designed to eat animal. We can attribute much of our evolution to eating animals.

If it's your choice not to eat them because you don't like the taste ok....but if you don't because you think your doing the right thing...I apploud you for your decision, but we all think it's a bit rediculous.

I have a meatloaf recipe that calls for a pound of ground beef. After you have mixed in all ingredients, you seperate the meat into four miniature loaves. Then, you cook them at 400 F. for a total of 18 minutes. My mom insists this is too little of a time and that all the meatloaves she has ever mad she cooked for an hour or more. I tried to say that since the meat is in four smaller pieces it cooks faster. Who's right??!
