I read that they can kill animals(birds ,rabbits ) How can they be good for us to eat. I thought it was only good to eat food if birds and animals eat them (when eating wild food).

Animals are different from humans, obviously. We can enjoy chocolate, but dogs can be killed from eating it. Deer can eat poison oak and be perfectly fine, but I doubt humans would fare as well. Avocados have omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids, which are some of the "good" fats known to provide some health benefits (forgot exactly what though; you can look it up on Wikipedia or Google).

Ive heard that as well, like I have a cockatoo and I have a fact sheet on the things that he's allowed to eat or not to eat and it says avacado's, I think it interferes with there digestive system and ends up making them sick. I think all animals have something that there not allowed to eat like dogs aren't allowed onions you know? They're good for us as there low in fat and there a fruit so obviously another good thing. But if you do eat them just make sure not to give some to your pet as you never know it might affect them later on and you might end up with a sick pet in need of a vet!

Operate the 20 minute rule. Eat the portion-controlled meal then, even if you're hungry afterwards, wait for 20 minutes and find out if you still do. Nine times outside of 10, you won’t. If you do, eat 10 per cent additional.

Reduce your current stress. Your stress hormone cortisol can be activated by extremely low-calorie diets, intense training, lack of rest and day-to-day worries, which leads to a spike in glucose levels within your blood. More worryingly, it can give rise to blocked arteries and fat increase around your internal organs, putting you at risk of diabetes and heart disease. The one prescription for this is to… calm down.

I have never heard of anyone or any animal having a problem with eating avocados. I think an animal hit with an avocado pit from a slingshot would have trouble - but eating it definitely not.

Always start your meal having a salad. It'll fill you upward, making you eat less in the actual meal, and it's approach fewer calories than typical deep-fried or even cheesy apps.

Set up reminders on your computer or phone every hour to encourage yourself to get up, walk around, as well as stretch.

Animals' digestive systems are different from yours. Therefore, things that are safe for us to eat are poisonous for them, and vice versa. For example, grapes and raisins are healthy for us, but can destroy a dog's kidneys. Likewise, undomesticated dogs live on dead, rotting animals, which would kill us. So you can't judge what is edible for us by looking to what is edible for them. There is a lot of overlap, but there are also a lot of exceptions.

Choose menu items that are usually grilled, baked, blackened, steamed, or broiled instead of fried or breaded.
