How much does your chicken weigh?
At 350º it will take about 40- 45 minutes.
If it's not nicely browned 10 minutes before taking it out put the heat up to 450º!
The temp in the thigh should be at least 155º when you take it out - it will continue to 165º after you take the thing out!

It depends on the size of the Chicken breast. At least 30-45 minutes at 350. The chicken should be white all the way through, NO pink. If in doubt, cut into the middle of the largest breast. Better to cook a little longer than to risk eating underdone chicken, which could have salmonella.

Boneless skinless chicken recipe:

Sprinkle the pieces with seasoned salt from Lowery's
dredge them in flour also seasoned with a tad of same.
place them evenly on a greased nonstick baking pan.
cook them for 1 hour at 325 degrees turning them once at the 30 minute mark.
remove the pieces and deglaze the pan with a small amount of apple juice . pour sauce over chicken or serve on the side.

Try to invest in a meat thermometer. Some of them are really convenient with a small narrow probe that won't drain the juiciness out of any piece of meat. You can find one that has a sheath making it look like a little narrow pencil. Then you can insert it halfway into your meat and in a few seconds you'll see what the internal temp of your meat is. Whole chicken and chicken pieces are properly cooked when the breast registers 160-165°F and the thigh registers 165-175°F.

If it's raw chicken I would say about 15 minutes for tenderloins. set your timer, but check them periodically and they should be done when the tops are golden brown. To make the bottom and top really crispy, place a cooling rack (like you use for cookies) on a baking sheet. Spray the rack with Pam and then place the chicken pieces on top. The spray a light coating of Pam on the tops of each piece of chicken. It's great!

Place on cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 475° put chicken in and bake for about 12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. It isn't necessary to line it w/foil. If you want to make sure it is done, cut in the middle,if it is white(not pink),then it's done.

Its going to get dry if you don't put something on it. A good 45 minutes will ensure you have fully cooked chicken. I like to boil mine on the stove first, then cook it in the oven until heated through with whatever condiments (spaghetti sauce and cheese for example).

Do you have a meat thermometer? If not, GET ONE. Chicken should register 180 degrees when fully cooked. Usually mine cooks in 35-45 minutes. Your oven may be somewhat different from mine, so take that into consideration. Marinade also helps it cook faster.

The difference is because boneless, skinless chicken breasts can vary in size.

If they are thin, then I check after 25 minutes. If they are thick, I check after 35 minutes.

You'll know the chicken is done when you pierce it w/ a small knife or tooth pick & the juices run clear. (i.e. no pink)

I like this chart; it's more precise: http://www.fosterfarms.com/cooking/chicken/roasting_chicken.asp
