I am 5'4 and weigh about 142. Do you think that I ate a lot today? Am I going to lose or gain weight?

2 non fat yogurts, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ cinnamon, a couple triscuit crackers w/ natural peanut butter, & a bunch of dry honey nut cheerios.

Made chili, but somehow all the liquid (1 can tomato sauce 1 cup water) cooked off. The recipe called for it to be simmered 1 hour and by the time i checked it all the liquid was gone! how can i fix it now?

Ok so why do some vegetarians consider themselves "vegetarians" when they eat fish, or some only eat duck on thanksgiving, and vegans eating cheese? I went to a hare krshna thingy with a friend...thats a whole different story but all of thme called themselves vegans and ate "goat cheese" can someone please explain to me what a freakin vegan/vegetarian is?

There is a company called Quorn in the UK which makes incredibly realistic-looking and tasting, fake-steaks and chicken breasts, bacon strips, etc.
Theoretically, since they are made from mushroom protein and contain no animal products whatsoever, a vegan should not be opposed to eating this at all - or have I got it wrong?

I'm making up a meal list for this week, and one of the recipes I'm making calls for fresh parsley and oregano. Any other recipes that people can think of where I can use the leftover herbs?
