Healthy but not balanced in the least bit. Where are your greens and proteins oh the peanut butter but this is like a healthy unhealthy diet. Try a balanced meal with fruits vegs and meat.

It's not how much you eat as much as it is what you choose to eat.
Under the big lie of American consumerism, it may appear that you have eaten well. Most likely, this is not the case.
Despite the decades of indoctrination by marketing campaign after marketing campaign, cow's milk and its derivatives ( including yogurt) are less than healthful. Cow's milk contains proteins (e.g. caseins) that the human body has difficulty metabolizing.
Oatmeals like instant oatmeal and the sugars added to them consist of refined carbohydrates that spike blood sugar levels and lack fiber. This lack of fiber slows the movement of toxins passing through the large instestine, thus heightening the risk for colon cancer.
Trisket crackers and peanut butter often contain hydrogenated oils which degrade the integrity of lipid cellular components in which they are incorporated and have been shown to increase rates of arterial plaque deposition.

What you are going to do is put your body into starvation mode where it will not give up one measly calorie. You need to eat healthy and consistently throughout the day, you need more protein by far. And Honey Nut Cheerios are full of sugar, try something whole grain, it is more filling and better for you.
YOu need some green, where are your veggies, try some diced up chicken breast on a bed of mixed greens with some your favorite dressing in a low fat version.

Yes, but I would add some veggies and more protein in your diet. Peanut butter is good protein but white meat or fish is even better! Your doing great just keep it up!

No, you didn't eat enough. You need a real meal in there. You need at LEAST 1200 a day, or your body will go into starvation mode and try to hang on to your fat reserves, because it thinks there's a famine, because you're not eating enough.

I'm concerned that you are asking this question. Perhaps you should look into taking a nutrition class or consulting with a doctor or nutritionist, who can give you good advice about eating and health.

You need way more protein...and way more veggies...especially green veggies. How old are you...are you trying to lose weight? Too many carbs...more calcium.
