I eat a toasted english muffin, spread a spoonful or 2 of peanut butter, instead of jelly I put a few slices of banana, strawberries or any fruit I have around. I end up with a nice little sandwich I can grab on the way out the door and with enough nutrients to hold me till lunch. Ahh, the whole thing is less than 200 calories.

Peanut butter on whole wheat bread, with a slice of banana.

Peach halves from a can with cottage cheese in the hole..

Bagel with cream cheese

Buy Toaster waffles, from the freezer section....toast and pour on syrup.

Apples slices with warm caramel sauce as a dip...get the sauce where they sell ice cream toppings....just heat in micro.

Cold cereal..

Buy some breakfast burritos from the freezer section and just microwave one...they are not great,,,but they are quick and not too bad once in a while.

Toast with peanut butter and a piece of fruit. A cup of tea wouldn't hurt. And the newspaper to wash it all down with.
