doesn't everyone need to have that night, where they just lounge, watch a movie, grab a beer, or organic red wine??
popcorn? poppers? pretzels? what about potato chips??? or is that food out of the question?

I am trying to more healthy that way I can lose a few pounds before school starts. My question to you is can you name off a few foods that I could eat and which ones on my list are bad and good. Thanks

Normally this is what I eat, only one off the list not all of it at one time but these are the choices i pick from everyday

BREAKFAST::*Blueberry Bagel
*Blueberry Pancakes
*Cinnamon Waffles
*Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal (dont wanna eat everyday cause it makes you use bathroom lol)
LUNCH::*Pizza
*Salad w/cheese & ranch dressing
*Yougurt,Carrots,Granola Bar
*Chicken fries, fries
*Chicken Flavored Rice
DINNER::
*Tacos
*Chicken, Mashed Potatoes,Corn, Mac N Cheese, Green beans, peas
*Hot dog, Hamburger (grilled)
*Spaghetti

I am about 5'3 if that helps

I am vegetarian and have been for 2 years or so and the more research I do the more foods I find I cannot eat. I was wondering if all vegetarians do the following:

Eat only free range eggs
Only eat cheese that has non animal rennet
Eat yoghurt that does not contain gelatine
Use products that are not tested on animals and do not contain animal ingedients

Is there anything else I should be avoiding?

What all do I need for this party??
I am throwing my dad an 80th b-day party. He doesn't like flash and fuss. There will be many relatives and family friends. What can I do to make this special for him? I am getting invitations printed with a younger pic displayed. I am making a collage of pics also. But what else? And what should I serve? It is from 2-4 in the afternoon at church on a Sat. If I bought a keg, then dispensed it into 12oz. bottles and capped them, would they be equivalent to bottles bought from the store? Seems like it could be a great to save some money, since kegs are so much cheaper than bottles...

We are having a cookout this weekend for my birthday. There will be approx. 20-25 people there. We plan on grilling something like chicken or porkchops on our grill.
