Some of your best options would be as follows:
Breakfast:
eggs, scrambled or fried, with toast and lean bacon or turkey bacon
whole grain cereal with milk (Special K, Total, Cheerios)
Fruit....apples, peaches, grapes, oranges, grapefruit

Lunch:
sandwiches with lean proteins like turkey, ham, and roast beef, light cheese, lots of veges like lettuce and tomatoes, skip the mayo and use mustard, or a light mix of both to cut calories
Salads are also great choices, but depends on what you put on them. Loading them up with cheeses, meats, croutons, bacon bits, and dressings defeats the purpose of a good low fat salad. Load up on your favorite veges, and use a light dressing like oil and vinegar or lemon juice, or light cream dressings like Ranch in moderation.

Dinner:
Lean proteins like turkey and chicken as well as some red meat are good.
Potatoes are very good until you load up on the butter and sour cream. Try sweet potatoes for higher levels of vitamins, and use just a little bit of brown sugar and butter for seasons.

On your list here are the good, the bad, and the uglies:
Breakfast:
blueberry bagels and pancakes, waffles: alright in moderation, but high in carbs.
Oatmeal: plain oatmeal is great, but the flavored stuff adds too many calories and sugar.

Lunch:
Pizza...fat, fat, and more fat. Especially when you add meats like sausage and pepperoni. Just watch the grease drip off the slice! If you crave pizza, load up on the veges, lighten up the sauce and cheese or skip the sauce all together.
Salads...covered above. Great choice until you add other ingredients to it.
Yogurt, carrots, and granola bars...great choices for snacks, but not a realistic, filling lunch. You'll be hungry in 30 minutes.
Chicken fries and fries...Fries means one thing...fried food. Not healthy, even if chicken is listed in the name.
Chicken flavored rice...not a bad substitute. Depends on how it's made, but rice is a filler, so it'll tide you over for a little while. Pair it with a lean protein like a chicken breast and a piece of fruit or a vege for a heartier meal.

Dinner:
Tacos...if you use the soft shells and only veges with salsa, you're looking good. Add in the meat and sour cream, and you're packing on the calories. Now, if you use ground turkey instead of ground beef, it's a little healthier, but not by much. A few less calories, and a lot less fat.
Chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, mac & cheese, green beans, and peas is a healthy meal, depending on how the chicken is cooked. I'd probably skip the mac & cheese though since it'll add excessive calories. Or, pick either the mac & cheese OR the mashed potatoes, you'll ease up the carbs and the calories, while still having a filling meal.
Hot Dogs and burgers....not healthy either way you look at them. Eat on occasion as a "treat".
Spaghetti....not bad. If you're not counting carbs, it's ok, but most sauces are high in sugar content. If you have just one serving, with a little bit of sauce, you should be fine. You'll still fill up.

Basically, you should be loading up on fruit and veges, lean proteins, and low fat choices. Don't forget to add in daily workouts to help those calories burn off!

I am doing the same thing at the moment. My plan is to still eat well, but not starve myself - as that is the wrong way to do it.
You breakfast choices seem either very sugary or very fatty. You should change to having a plain porridge with just some honey and low fat milk, or perhaps a natural museli with chopped fruit (or blueberries) and natural yogurt and low fat milk.
Then you can have a morning snack of dried fruits or some nuts, or a yogurt.
Lunch can be the salad with cheese - maybe just a squeeze of fresh lemon - some fruit salad - a fresh roll and homemade soup or even a pasta with a tomato based sauce (not creamy).
Dinner, the chicken and vegies is the best - but the others are okay in moderation. Maybe make sure you use light sour cream with your tacos and lots of salad.
You didn't say what you are drinking? Try to not have soft drinks or tea or coffee.
If you don't like plain water (it is boring) - try either sparkling mineral water with a bit of lemon or lime juice - or just fresh apple / fruit juice (sugar free ones). Some of the iced teas are nice too.
The first week or so is hard - but make sure you have plenty of snacks to keep you going. I like the corn cakes (like rice cakes - but the taste like a slab of popcorn - yummy) - spread with light cream cheese and a little sugar free jelly.
Good luck.

Oatmeal or Cheerios is good for breakfast and so are bran flakes. Skip the waffles and pancakes if you want to lose a few pounds.
Have your salad with meat in it, chicken, ham, whatever, or put your "salad" in your sandwich. Don't eat too much cheese and don't eat it every day. Yogurt, raw carrots, celery and cucumbers are good things to munch on so you don't get hungry.
As far as the fries, ***** aboud it. Rice is ok as long as it's plain white or whole grain. Skip the mac n' cheese and spaghetti. Have some meat with two vegetables on the side and a baked potato for supper.
Oh, and no McDonald's or Burger King. If you want a burger, make it yourself. Put lettuce and tomato on it (more veggies.) And eat 3 fruits a day.

for breakfast, try not to eat as many carbs and sugars, so you could try an apple and/or grapes, or you could substitute a 100 calorie English Muffin for a blueberry bagel. for lunch, salad or the yogurt combo is good because it is healthy, and there are not that many carbs. for dinner, i would also try to eat a salad or something of the like. you could eat anything on your list as well, but just be aware of the portion size of it and try to eat smaller portions. hope this helps!

i would advise you not to eat to many oily foods and ones high in fat like pizza, fries, potatoes, mac n cheese, hot dogs n hambugers, if u want to eat them well than eat 1 or 2 of those choices once or twice a month, and try a salad with tossed in fresh lemon juice instead of ranch dressing, fruits and veggies r always good and you can substitute ur favorite ones with fatty sweets and treats, remember to add atleast 30 minutes of slow, moderate or fast excercise to keep you healthy, if u like walking walk for 30 mins, if u like dancing then dance for 30 mins, but add excercise to get best results for you and your health, if you follow a routine like this you will have good results for a lifetime

starch starch starch Cut it out. Follow this simple rule if you want to loose a few pounds if it's white or anything white goes into making it then don't eat it or in moderation. That means salt, sugar, flour lard. all of these cause you to gain weight. So look at your list and judge for yourself.. Also a high fiber diet will help you to loose weight or taking a fiber supplement. Will help you to feel fuller between meals. drink 8 glasses of water a day and watch the hidden calories in your drinks. Alot of calories come from soda's and pre sweetened drinks so watch out for these.

Your whole diet looks like mine... very fatty. Try only eating fruit and salad during the day and having smaller portions of your normal dinner.
