people , i am addicted to soft drinks , i really need to quit them because my bones are getting weaker , but i cant especially that i live in a very hot gulf country ,, this is not the only reason for those who r goin to say substitute it with juice ,, i really love their taste ,, WHAT TOOO DOOO PLSSS!!!!!1

I have heard that you are supposed to drink a glass of water for each drink.. I have also hear that it is good to eat salty food to absorb the alcohol, but are there any other tried and tested tricks of the trade?
