For a whole lot of sandwiches I use a tupperwear container lined with kitchen roll. For a sandwhich for work, cling film.
Think I will have an egg and onion sandwhich now.

Cling film. The foil can react with acidic fillings and a plastic obx isn't tight enough around the butties so they go stale

don't add tomatoes or mayo/mustard . makes the bread soggy. close container tight and wrap the foil/cling film tightly.
putting in refrigerator over night will dry out the bread .

In a normal wrapping white paper , if it is for a few hours only , they will keep fresh and crisp and not soggy like with plastic. You can if you wish put them in plastic but only after wrapping them in normal White wrapping paper as a second cover.
Try it...it work
