Yes but you need to sterilize the bottles and have a good capper. Brewing supply dealers will have the caps and cappers as well as sanitizer. How much you treally save I don't know. You will probably be told that the beer will be flat but I doubt it. The beer in a keg is generally at higher pressure than bottled so the loss off carbonation when you fill the bottles should not be noticeable if you cap them quickly.

I don't think you understand what your asking.
The cost of getting the shell and getting the beer atleast 60 bucks
Getting glass bottles atleast 100 for 100. Then taking the time to pour, forget about it
If you want to save money stop drinking or buy some fourties

From your question I surmise that either you're drinking already, or you're Scottish. I have, but it's rare. For a party I usually prefer bottles and cans, which I can recycle later to buy a small imported economy car.

it might work if you used some 2 liter plastic bottles instead of 12 oz plastic bottles. the 2 liter bottles would still have to be stored in a refridgerator.

I would think you would lose some carbonation doing that. Besides wouldn't the combination of the bottles and caps and sealer (cap device) end up costing more?

Sounds like a good idea, but by the time you get to your sixth or seventh refill, there may be some spillage issues, which would offset any savings. Just sayin.

If what you want to do is bottle flat beer, then by all means, waste you money.
You would be much better off brewing your own beer and bottling that.
