Have you heard of Veg Tiranga? I had eaten this dish long long ago in a 5-star restaurant. I was too young to identify the veggies in this dish. Now that I can cook very well, I try out preparing different dishes. I think the orange veggie in this dish is something close to veg Jalfraize, white one is similar to malai kofta and green is something close to kadai palak/methi. But can someone guide me to the recipe? Is there any 5-star chef out there?

how do you put the mini marshmallows in?
do u put them in the hot chocolate or in the cream or on the cream or somin else?
