really 3yr olds dont care.. it can be a mish/mash of bright colors.. as long as there are tons of baloons, icecream, and cake.. they dont care otherwise..

I just had a party "Disney CARS theme" I didn't go all out and get all CARS stuff that's too expensive... I got CARS invites, a couple tablecloths, some decor, party bags, and balloons.. .Rounded out the table with colored RED,BLK, WHITE plates, RED

I am a fan of parties at home. My daughters favorite thing is every year I buy one of those small helium tanks at Wal-mart and fill up the room with balloons she is 5 now and we have done it since she turned 2.
