French Vanilla Latte De-Light

Ingredients:
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla syrup
8 oz. (1 cups) milk**
1-2 shots espresso* (1/4 cup espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)



Instructions:
Steam together Torani and milk. Pour steamed flavored milk to about 1/2 inch below the top of a 16-oz. glass. Add espresso and top with a thin layer of foamed milk.

Making it at home: In a small saucepan, gently heat Torani and milk, whisking until frothy. Pour into a tall glass cup and add espresso. You may also heat milk and Torani in a microwave, pour into a blender and blend until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. Servings/Yield: 1 16-oz drink.


Notes:
*Substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee if desired
**use your milk of preference

You can purchase most bottles of syrup flavors at starbucks stores. Just ask your barista. You wouldn't be able to make a latte without the espresso machine but you could try a cafe aulait or cafe misto with the sugar free vanilla syrup.

Just add equal parts of your freshly brewed coffee and warmed nonfat milk to a mug and flavor to taste with your flavor syrup. (you can either warm the milk on the stove or in microwave if you don't have the steamer.) Its a nice alternative to a latte!

Sorry but you need a latte machine if you would like to make it. all iknow is you need a latte michine. =D

I'm sure you can....but It won't taste as well as one made with an espresso machine.
