blueberries like pomegranate are high in enzymes that help burn the calories when you exert yourself.

both are also good for cutting that cholesterol also.

Grapefruit. I've seen reports that it helps burn calories faster than any other fruit. That goes with eating the fruit itself, and drinking the juice.
