The float is made with the guest's choice of soda (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Barq's Root Beer or Sprite), and then filled with the guest's choice of vanilla or original chocolate Frosty.

I stick with the original.... Root Beer & Vanilla

We are getting married on Sept. 9. This is the menu that I have put together for the celebration dinner. I had to make a couple of changes because my fiance's guests have decided to contribute an entree of lamb, which I guess will be barbecued, as well as a rice dish and maybe something else. Is there anything that you think should be changed or added to this menu... We will be having 40-50 guests... Waiting for your feedback... Thanks!

Is there any way I can technically be compensated for the service itself (gathering the wine, food, setup etc...) without needing a license? For example, If entry to the event (limited to 30 people) is $15 and I am not to itemize charges for the liquor (e.g. by the glass), could I legally argue that I am not profiting off of the wine itself, but rather for the event as a whole? Would I need a temporary license?

My friend runs a bakery/candy store and agreed to sell it if I made it. I have always made it as presents for friends and co-workers who always loved it and I already have a patent pending on the process I use to make it with, so should I sell it at her store and
Would you buy it?

I made this chicken late last night and it is marinating now for tonight. Tell me if you think it will turn out ok, because I did not follow any certain recipe. Also let me know if you think it's ok for it to marinate for 18 hours, not quite a full day. Thanks!

I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish. I poured a small amount of white wine and olive oil over the chicken. Then seasoned the tops with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a bit of salt. I spooned the wine and olive oil mixture back onto the chicken a couple times, and will again an hour or so before baking.

The garbage truck won't be here till Monday and I don't want to toss it in the garbage can and let it rot away and become smelly and draw flies. I don't want to put it in the fridge either because I need the space.

We just got hitched and have some money to buy a good cookware set. Most of our cooking is everyday stuff, but sometimes I like to go gourmet (I love cooking French food ala Julia Childs!) Any suggestions? Oh, and should we go with non-stick?

I am a calm, laid back vegan who usually doesn’t let anything phase her. I haven’t wished harm on another living being since I was a kid but I am sorry, Ashley has pushed me over the edge!

I visit this forum to be in the presence of other like-minded people but whenever I see a post from Ashley (which is almost everyday!) I feel like carving out one of my ars* cheeks just so I can ram it down her self-righteous little throat! I dislike her so much that it’s tempting to eat meat just so I won’t have anything in common with her.

Read her post history… if it isn't preaching her ethics it's asking about faeces and flactulence! Sure, I don’t agree with people eating animal products but I won’t force my morals on everyone like she does. She even waited outside her meat-eating neighbour’s house with abusive posters and started a demonstration!

Sorry for this rant but she gives us veg's a bad name.. she's like the vegan version of Hitler!

Does anyone else hate her as much as I do?

I went to this cafe in Manila that serves all kinds of chocolate bakes. I tried a slice each of a cake with Baileys and another one with Kahlua frosting. They were superb! Can anyone please share their recipes on baking with Kahlua or Baileys? Thanx ;)

Just wondering if there are any bars in LB that you can smoke in, like any cool bars that the college crowd hang in and chill at, something not preppy- more of an urban vibe...?

Do you have to add/reduce flour or do something else to get it to bake up right? I want the shape of a bundt, but I prefer to mix my cakes from scratch rather than use a mix, and I don't have any recipes that call for bundt pans.
