carefully with the lunch meats they contain a lot of salt , stick with some kind of chicken sandwich, take easy on mayo, better is mustard, some tomatoes, lettuce/spinach or a chicken salad with italian dressing, the deli that I go they have steamed veggies so I order that with my sandwich, they have a good sandwich: chicken grilled mushrooms, spinach pesto

Consider a tomato based soup (as opposed to a cream based one), and a chopped salad. If you are ordering from a deli, they should have a selection of low fat/low sodium meats to choose from to put on your salad. Go easy on the cheese unless its low or non-fat. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on your salad with fresh ground pepper....yum!

Subway has a turkey club wrap that isn't bad if a more reputable deli isn't around.
