I just read this news story about an 11 year old girl got charged with a DUI. This is what the last sentance said "Duck declined to release the girl's blood alcohol level but said a blood test at the hospital showed it was higher than .02, the legal limit for minors." I didn't know there WAS a legal limit for minors? Am I crazy or has nobody else heard of this before either?

I need to eliminate soy from my life. Sad, but true. Can anyone with soy allergies help me out with some advice? I don't consume any animals products at all (well, except for honey). I'm mostly wondering about margarines (as healthy as possible if there is such a thing) and dressings. It pretty much seems like when it comes to anything even remotely creamy (Vegenaise, dairy-free ranch, goddess dressings, etc.) it's either soy or nothing. If you avoid soy like the plauge and are also a strict vegetarian, please help me with some advice and helpful hints. I'm becoming depressed!

We live in Arizona and we are a family of four. I stay home with my two small children all day. I shop at Walmart and do the price matching, or I go to Fry's when they have good specials. I don't buy junk food (chips, cookies, icecream, etc.) I only do that on special occasion. I still end up with a 600 dollar a month grocery bill. Any suggestions? We eat out every once in a while but for the majority of the time I cook every night.
