Fried with runny yolk. poached with runny yolk. The perfect boiled egg, hard white with runny yolk achieved by pre boiling the water and putting the eggs in for 6 minutes( medium size) or 7 minutes (large size)bbbbbbbeautiful with fresh bread and real butter.

I love my eggs in an omelette [plain or even better with cheese and onion] or scrambled on toast. I am also pretty partial to boiled eggs chopped up in salad cream sandwiches.

Scrambled, preferably with a half teaspoon of milk per egg, grated jack cheese (most cheddars tend to get oily. Depending on the day: scallions, ham, turkey, bell peppers, sausage, cooked bacon, etc.

My sister's fave: over-hard (yolks broken in the frying process)

My sigoth's fave: basted (while frying in grease & throw the hot grease on top of the egg while cooking; not terribly nutritious, but yummy)

How do I like my eggs.

Ideally in bed or on a veranda set at an exotic private location with panoramic views across golden sands & an ocean blue sea, surrounded by lush flora & fauna, with birds of paradise. Gentle breeze wafting through the open veranda brushing across silk sheets & flowing drapes. Every morning eggs cooked as never before presented on a silver platter to perfection by the person of my dreams who pampers my every whim with such a passion that it sends me into ecstacy for the rest of the day.

Fried, sunny side up, with the yolk soft enough to dip chiips into. Yumeeeee! Although hard bolied eggs dipped in mayo are good...as are scrambled eggs with grated cheese through them...Oh, I can't decide!

I love eggs in every guise! Omelette, fried (with runny yolk) boiled with runny yolk or hard boiled in salads, poached (especially with eggs benedict!) and scrambled (lovely all the time but very, very good with smoked salmon on toast!)

Mmmm - just thinking I have eggs in the kitchen - just off to find something to eat with them!!!

Scrambled with sharp cheddar cheese or hard-boiled with a little salt. Sometimes I will make a hard-boiled egg sandwich on white toast with mayo, salt, and pepper.
