You don't have to eat all veggies...just make sure you get a variety of foods. Lots of beans, rice, grains, fruits, and veggies. Plus you'll learn to like more as you get more creative.

There are some tasty meat analogs, like Tofurkey sundried tomato sausage or Smart Dogs. Some veggie burgers are great, it depends on your personal taste since there are so many brands & flavors. I've heard Boca Burgers are really popular but I don't care for them @ all. There are probably some kinds of vegetables you like & if you experiment you'll find even more, the same goes for fruit. There are several kinds of beans & many ways to prepare them. Not to mention bread products.

GOOD FOR YOU!
I am a big fan of frozen meals and two makers that come to mind are Amy's and Michaelangelo's. Amy's is all vegetarian and Michelaenagelo's has a number of veggie dishes. Both offer a wide variety of excellent veggie dishes. I also suggest doing your homework on what is out there. Virtually all major grocery chains now have specific areas of their stores dedicated to health and ethics conscious consumers. Whole Foods is VERY dedicated to accomodating vegetarians. Another great place to start is yor local farmer's market. While vegetarianism is a noble enough cause there is also something to be said to "saving the humans" by going organic which is traditonally less exploitative of its labor and gentler on the land. All of Amy's dishes are organic as are many of Michaelangelo's. Go for it!

Don't become a vegetarian because of some PETA video.Even vegans/vegetarians don't like them because they make us look bad.
Do some research on the topic, there are more than one reason to become a vegetarian. Cattle take up alot of space that could be used to raise crops.
PETA is pure propoganda.
