yes it is but it would cost more than purchasing...
also you would need a strong knowledge of herbal medicine to know what to mix

I've bin making those for 20 some Years for my Customers,
now COKE came out recently with theirs in Bottles called
"BLAK".
If you want to make it at Home use chilled Espresso, Ice and
Coke. I use DIET so it's not so sweet.

you sure could! if you have a juicer, you can make the fresh juice and add various types of herbs and roots that give you energy; like ginger for example.
