This is easy, and heavenly. I don't like bananas much, but I love this!!!

Bananas Foster

1 serving (double, triple, etc. as necessary)

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 T brown sugar
1 T unsalted butter
dash cinnamon
1 oz. dark run
1/2 oz. creme de banana
1 scoop real vanilla ice cream

Melt butter in regular (not non-stick) frying pan over low flame. When butter is melted add brown sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon and stir until sugar dissolves. Add banana rounds and let cook for a couple of minutes until they start to brown a little.

In the meantime, place scoop of vanilla ice cream in bowl.

Pour rum and creme de banana in pan over banana, and set on fire for about 30 seconds. Swirl the pan around. The liquid will get syrupy. Put out the flame, if it doesn't go out by itself, and pour over ice cream.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I have a recipe for a heavenly brownie cheesecake. It's absolutely delish!!

Brownie Cheesecake

1 - brownie mix prepared according to directions.
(or homemade browine batter is better)
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. Strawberry or Raspberry Jam

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare brownie mix according to directions (or use homemade brownie batter) and pour into a greased 9"x13" pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla until well blended. Spoon over brownie batter (don't spread).
Pour/Spoon jam into the pan.
Swirl the brownie cheesecake by cutting through several times with a spatula (until swirled).
Bake 30 min or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs attached.
Cool on a wire rack until cooled and refrigerate or serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.

These are really good. They desappear like you wouldn't believe!! If you want to be creative, try sprinkling with chocolate chips or crushed walnuts before baking.
Enjoy your cheesecake!!

cookies with ice cream inside.

go to the store and buy some cookies to bake like the pillsbury ones that you just have to put in the oven. once those are done(make sure they are chewy and soft) you put your favorite icecream inside, like an ice cream cookie sandwich. Delicious!

fresas con crema (strawberries with cream)
buy some strawberries and chop them up.
buy some granola and some Nestle's "La Lechera" and some cool whip. Add all of the ingredients together.
