so he used bread mix instead, they turned out quite nice, has anybody ran out of basics to cook and used something instead. would love to hear how it turned out ,...edible or not ,thanks

whenever they say drink 6-8 glasses of water a day i get confused because they are not giving me the exact amount in ounces, milliliters, etc.

I've been a fairly big drinker for the past few years. I never used to react badly to liquor or beer.
However, lately i've been having bad reactions to liquor/beer.
Even if i have just one or two drinks, i feel as though i'm going to throw up, and if i keep drinking i puke. THIS IS BEFORE IVE EVEN MANAGED TO BECOME INTOXICATED IN ANY WAY.
this was never a problem until recently, any suggestions on how to advoid this feeling, or what might be causing this?

Can someone give me some drink mixes or brands that are good for dieters? I don't like Smirnoff's or Mikes Hard Lemonade because of the empty calories and they give me a hangover. Hard liquor (vodka, jaeger, etc.) have gotten boring by themselves

On youtube lots of people demonstrate that you can freeze a cold unopened bottle of Corona just by tapping it once on the kitchen counter. It is real and it only takes 30 seconds. I just cant do it myself. Seriously look it up on you tube. So, anybody got the how to guide??

When there are so many wonderful delicious, savory and sweet and juicy substitues for meat, (which is a dead animal...call it what it is the next time you sit down to dinner), and since we can get protien from so many other sources (we need very very little), and since 10 billion, (that's BILLION...NOT MILLION), animals are slaughtered with unbeliveble cruelty...then why do we insist on eating dead animals?
I love the taste of meat, and I was raised on meat 3 times a day! But ever since I opened my eyes, really looked at and heard the truths behind this insane animal agriculture industry, gave up my gluttony and greed and superiority over animals, I immediately stopped wasting my hard earned dollars on this mass murder...this was over 7 years ago. We are going to deep fry a turkey tomorrow - using one of those fryers with the propane tank out in the driveway. I bought an injectable marinade that is garlic & herb flavored, but what else do I need to do to season it? How much oil & for how long do we fry?
