Yes. Beer battered foods have been deep fried at around 350 F. Alcohol boils and evaporates at 165 F. There's no alcohol in the food.

Yes it is safe to eat beer battered food at any age. When cooking, the alcohol from the beer in the batter evaporates leaving no trace alcohol at all. Beer is used in the batter for taste thats all. Its very nice!

There are many foods sauteed or prepared in alcohol. However, most all of these foods lose the alcohol because they are cooked, causing the alcohol to evaporate.
So, yes, it is safe to eat beer-battered foods.

It's always safe to eat beer battered foods unless they've been spit in or something... By safe do you mean you wont get busted? No. you wont get a "minor in possession" for having those beer battered fries.

The alcohol has long cooked out of it.
But I would be careful getting behind the wheel after that fish fry, just in case. Haha.
