The best and cheapest thing for you to do is to rent them. What are you going to do with 350 glasses after the wedding? Who is going to wash them, transport them after the wedding and where are you going to store them?

Call a restaraunt or bar, ask who supplies their dishes. They may be able to provide you with a local wholesale restaraunt supplier.
