While cooking my meal today there was quite alot so I let it go cold and then place it in the fridge. Will this be safe to heat up tomorrow for a meal?
Also would it be possible to freeze it and then have it in the middle of the week?

I have been trying to find the name and recipe of an hors d'oeuvre I had at a wedding several years ago (the caterering service was sold and the menu has changed entirely) that consists of some kind of pastry filled with cream cheese and it's served warm. I think it was sort of ball shaped. Does this sound familiar? I wanted to try making it but I have no clue what it's called, and as such, I can't find a recipe. Please only respond if you know what this hors d'oeuvre is called and/or if you think you know what it's called. I would love recipes for it too. Thanks so much.

I have this craving for alligator meat. Anybody out there know where I can get some already prepared alligator meat? We used to have it all of the time, but since we moved I haven't been able to find it. Especially, not on the restaurant menus.

I really dont like the taste of mayo in my spicy tuna roll and most of the recipes seem to have a decent amount of mayo, like 4 parts to 1 part spice. I'm looking for a recipe to make the rolls that a lot of restaurants use, its a bright red spicy tuna mixture and there is no mayo flavor. Maybe they use mayo but it is a smaller amount than some of the other recipes call for. If you know which recipe Im talking about can you also please be very specific on which spices to use? Like the brand and name? I've bought some hot chili sauce but it tastes sweet.

Thanks Much! and Happy Sashami!

Fancied a couple of bagels with a load of cream cheese on but I picked up cinnamon ones by mistake. These will probably taste rubbish with cheese on. Any suggestions?
