Fancied a couple of bagels with a load of cream cheese on but I picked up cinnamon ones by mistake. These will probably taste rubbish with cheese on. Any suggestions?

My mum? She's far too big. She's getting on a bit too so probably a bit chewy.

I would have it with cream cheese or toasted with butter and jam.

Cream cheese is the best on Cinnamon and raisin bagels. The best on plain bagels is hummus - lush!!!

Not at all, by all means try the cream cheese. They will blend into a flavor you can't imagine. A little tart with a little sweet.

Because of their baked in flavor, they would probably be delicious just plain toasted. Otherwise, I would suggest you toast and quarter each half...then...
put on each individual piece one of the following:

butter, jam, p-nut butter, cream cheese, sliced cheese, ham or other luncheon meat, slice of banana...get the idea?
Enjoy your smorgasbord!!

cream cheese tastes fine. Butter also works.

You may spread them with butter or simply put them in the toaster to warm them up and heighten the great cinnamon and raising taste.

Bon appetite.
