Food & Drink - 25 February 2007

I have been having one and feel great. Years ago when I was dieting I was having a yogurt shake everyday and felt great about it until someone told me that it was too much sugar and I should cut back so now I'm thinking that there must be some reason that I shouldn't have the wheat grass either. I mean it just tastes so good and it makes me smile. I feel like it's really good for me but is it really?

My doctor said that I've been drinking too many sodas and that I needed to stop drinking them. I tried to stop but it made me sick. (Stomach ache/Dizziness/Tiredness/Headache) So now Im back on them. What should I do?

How do I remove wine smell from fabric?
Question Details: A bottle of wine broke in my suitcase a couple of weeks ago and now the smell is unbearable.Does anyone have any great home remedies on how to remove smell (I can live with the stain). Need quickly as packing for a trip for tomorrow and just realized that I have this problem. Thanks!

I know that both are bad, but i always thought the regular ones were much worse. But my friend told me that actually diet is WORSE because it causes cancer. I'm not a soda addict and barely drink any once a week or once every two weeks, but when i do i usually get the diet choice (usually diet pepsi). So is this true, that diet is worse?
