I told my friend that I drink 3 litres of Orange juice and she looked at me like i was mad. is it really that bad to drink that much orange as I wouldn't think so,.

while orange juice has the appearance of being healthy, since it is fruit juice, it has a lot of calories and sugar in it.
Orange Juice per 8oz serving:
110 calories
22 grams of sugar
Orange
62 calories
3.1 g fiber
12.3 g sugar
Having that much juice is not the wisest of choices. You'd be better of eating a 100 oranges. you would get more fiber and less calories.
I love orange juice, but would rather save my calories and sugar for something else that is more filling.

That's a lot of orange juice. Do you drink it all at one sitting? You probably would have gotten the same look from me!

It have a great source of Vit C which that helps prevent you of ever getting sick. However juice itself has a lot of carbs, and sugar so that will lead you yo gin weight in the future, I would just drink a glass a day to help get your vit. for you.

Orange juice is heathly for you so it really doesent matter how much u drink!

,that sounds like a lot of acid since OJ has a lot in it have you tried other fruit drinks?

as long as you are drinking plenty of water in between i think you will be fine
