Protein: Oven Fried poultry Pound boneless poultry breasts to a million/2 inch thickness. put in eggwash and stick in bread crumbs. Bake for 30-40 5 minutes at 350 levels for a great poultry it incredibly is extra healthy than fried nutrition. As an ingredient, combine Italian salad dressing, powdered ham base, creole seasoning mutually and cook dinner with some clean green beans for the terrific vegetable! upload some minced garlic for added style. As yet another ingredient, you're able to make a baked potato or potato gratin. there are a lot of reicpes on the internet for issues like that.

Burritos:
Brown 1 lb ground meat (like hamburg) and scramble it into fairly small pieces. Drain grease off, add 1 can of refried beans - any flavor and some salsa mix - taste for spiciness. Mix well and continue to heat until very hot.
Microwave a flour tortilla for 30 seconds, spread a dollop of the meat/bean mix on it and add a topping you like:
shredded cheese
lettuce
salsa (chunky or smooth, mild or spicy)
piccalilli
any standard taco filling type things or anything you fancy .

Fold the tortilla up from the bottom, fold in one side, and roll it the rest of the way to make a self-contained package.

Nutritous, fast, pretty cheap and easy
1.49 per lb ground beef
.99 per can of refried beans
1.99 per package of 8 large tortillas
-------
$4.47 to feed a family of 4 "normal" appetites

Chicken Alfredo.
You can buy the Alfredo sauce. Ragu makes a really good version of it, just look for it by the spaghetti sauce at the supermarket. Then chop up some cooked chicken breast, or even chicken nuggets if you are in a hurry, and boil some noodles. It is my favorite dish in the whole world.

simple has one name : casserole. but it must be tasty and not only the mix of a few cans. This is the kind of thing I like and do at home:
Broccoli and Cheddar Skillet Flan

6 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Rounded 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large shallot, chopped
1 (1-lb) bag frozen hash browns, thawed in a microwave oven
1 (10-oz) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 375F.

Whisk together eggs, milk, pepper, nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until combined, then whisk in Cheddar and 3 tablespoons parmesan.

Heat oil in a well-seasoned 10-inch cast-iron skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then saute shallot, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 3 minutes. Add hash browns and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Spread potatoes evenly in skillet and cook, undisturbed, 2 minutes. Remove from heat and spread broccoli over potatoes, then pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Bake until set 2 inches from edge but still slightly wobbly in center, 12 to 15 minutes.

Turn on broiler. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until top is set, puffed, and golden brown.

Pork chops in the oven with cream and mushroom soup poured over the top. Served with mash. potatoes, mac n cheese and peas. The cream and mushroom soup can be used as gravy and tastes good on everything else also. Put the pork chops in an oven proof pan, mix the cream and mushroom with milk in a seperate bowl and pour over pork chops, sprinkle with pepper and bake til chops are done. Stir and enjoy!!

A few months ago, a simple home cooked meal would be basmati white rice and chicken curry... we make the chicken really spicy and salty... it's to die for!
Now i'm more into healthy eating and I love making this one pot whole wheat noodle dish... it just has noodles/pasta with cauliflower, carrots, onion rings, chicken cubes simmered in low sodium chicken broth with a little flour and/or milk for thickness. It's really fast, yummy and guilt-free! :)
