I was reheating a pot of white chili and I burnt the bottom of it and now the whole pot has the burnt flavor. Is there something I can do to make it go away?

In my area it is very costly and rarely (if ever) on sale. I love their vanilla swiss almond bars. I have to settle for them once in a blue moon as a treat. In the meantime I buy what tastes good enough and won't send me to the poor house as I eat lots of ice cream!

The metal roller type of thing. Do you find it a real drag to use as you crank a lump of overly-floured dough through it and onto the floor because its too long, then you try to move it and it tears apart and then you get upset and go off pasta completely and wish you'd just bought a bag of tagliatelle for 90p down the shop?

Ok, I don't know if this is a stupid question but I am gonna go ahead and ask anyway...Is there any difference between fresh bread and toasted bread? The reason I ask if because I have noticed that when i eat a fresh bread right out of the bag, I tend to feel really bloated and full and have a stomach ache but it never happens when I eat toast, it feels a lot lighter on my stomach...Is this just a wierd coincidence or is there an explanation for this?!?! ps. usually I just have peanut butter and jelly on either the bread or the toast, so I doubt its whats going on the bread thats hurting my stomach.
