Quenching your thirst, because your body can only handle being without it for a few days, hunger on the other hand can be subsided for a few weeks. I dont recommend you test that, but I think people crave quenching their thirst over hunger.

Thirst!!!Because I usually become really thirsty after eating so... hunger isnt the thing to quench it's definetly thirst

I think that quenching hunger is better then quenching thirst.

I always feel better when I have quenched my thirst. I do not always feel better when I have quenched my hunger.

Thirst feels better in actuality - but we are not actual or rational in USA as we love to eat to relieve stress and thus are a nation of fatties. So for USA much overeating for little hunger must feel better.

quenching hunger is better because when we are hungry that causes pains in our stomaches. whereas being thirsty just gives us drymouth. But on the otherhand if you don't drink we can be hospitalized for dehydration. But for me i would rather be thirsty than hungry.
