I was reheating a pot of white chili and I burnt the bottom of it and now the whole pot has the burnt flavor. Is there something I can do to make it go away?

Sadly no - once it's burnt, it's burnt. Next time if you can tell the bottom burned, try not to stir it up and hopefully the burnt part will just stay on the bottom and not get mixed in. If you have something that needs to simmer a while, make sure you stir it every once in a while to prevent burning - seems like the best way to learn is to burn something once!
