As for the remarks of veg diet being unhealthy etc. u need to listen to the right people. If we want to learn how to drive well, we must learn from an excellent driver. Not from one who has never drive before, not from one who drives poorly. Likewise, if you want to learn how to get good nutrition on a veg diet, you must listen to those who are living great on a veg diet.

Just make sure that you get the protein that naturally present in meats from something else. You might want to try a protein shake or eggs or beans.

i can give u some nutritional advice..

as a vegetarian, u need to supply yourself with the nuitrients u are lacking from not eating meat..

these would be: vitamin B-12,(B-12 is found only in animal products, but u can get it from milk and eggs)
other B vitamins, zinc, and complete proteins.. to name some..

u need to eat beans with brown rice... this forms a more complete protein.. eat a WIDE variety of foods...

you also might want to look into eating indian foods... they are largly vegetarian and quite healthy...

just eat lots of dark green veggies, because they are high in iron and vitamin C, and all fruits and veggies are high in fiber, so make sure you eat a lot of them, also eggs, cheese, tofu, buts, protein bars, milk and protein shakes, and of course, a good multivitamin

well, the only thing that is unhealthy when you are being a vegetarian, is that you don't get any sort of protein. i would recommend you buying protein shakes or if worst comes to worst protein pills.

make sure that you eat everything else on the food pyramid and eat it in plenty amounts, you must eat lots of fibers, but do not only eat them.
