Also, Albertsons has a shopping list you can print for regular use.
And I just discovered this neat one if you want to keep a running list. It lets you add or delete, print and save for you. And you can creat a recipe box. Wow!

If you go onto the bbc website www.bbc.co.uk and click on lifestyle and cooking then you have all the recipes used on reeady steady cook and most of these foods can be cooked in under an hour and they have a wide variety of meals you can cook
